Payments and account access can be held until these checks are finished, and an account may be closed permanently if the information is not supplied in time. Deposits, withdrawals, and balances

Financial operations run through the payment systems shown on the site, and withdrawals are, where possible, sent back to the method used for the deposit. Your balance is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and carries no third-party guarantee. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, with a minimum monthly threshold of 30 CAD. You may hold no more than three pending withdrawals at once. An account left dormant for 180 days may be charged a small monthly administration fee of 0.75 CAD until the balance reaches zero.

Bonuses and fair play

Any promotional offer carries its own conditions and a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier, and each offer is limited to one per person, household, and shared device or connection. Different game categories count differently toward wagering, with most slots contributing fully and table games contributing nothing. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering target is met voids the bonus and its winnings. We treat low-risk betting patterns, hedging, and any attempt to exploit a bug as promotion abuse, and we may void the affected winnings in response.

Liability, complaints, and changes

Game outcomes are decided by a certified random number generator, and the server record is final in any dispute. We accept no liability for losses arising from gambling, from errors you make when entering information, or from events outside our control.
